Granting state support to investment activity subjects realizing investment projects is performed in compliance with the Budget Code of the Russian Federation and according to №16-ZО (№16-ЗО) Oblast Law Of state support to investment activity subjects on the territory of the Kirov obalst of September 26, 1997, № 37/154 Decree of June 6, 2005 Of state support to private investors, the Increase of the Kirov oblast's investment appeal regional task program for the period of 2002-2006, ratified by the oblast Government with №29/357 Decree of November 12, 2002 (edition of July 19, 2005 ) and in compliance with the oblast budget for the corresponding fiscal year.
